Returns & Refunds Policy

At Just Perfect London, we want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may be able to return it in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, jewellery must be:

Unworn and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Free from damage, marks, perfume, makeup or other signs of use

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@justperfectlondon.co.uk with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return (optional)

We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning an unwanted item is normally the customer's responsibility.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Where you cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid. We do not have to refund any additional cost where you chose a more expensive delivery option.

Refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
